Senior Data Analytics Consultant
£60,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Hybrid London (2-3 Days per Week Onsite)
The Role
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.
- Deliver data-driven insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Lead client-facing projects from requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Present reporting outputs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, data accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data consulting roles.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience across modern database platforms.
- Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Experience with data modelling, transformation, and reporting automation.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects and engaging directly with senior business stakeholders.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience delivering analytics solutions within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Expertise with Google Sheets and the wider Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Experience building scalable KPI frameworks and self-service reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.
- Exposure to supply chain, forecasting, inventory, or operational reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
