Senior Manager, Product Analytics (Maternity Cover Contract)

The Role and Deliverables
- Lead and develop a team of product analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and stakeholder representation.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys across web and app experiences, including onboarding, subscription, checkout, and engagement flows.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities for customer journey optimisation.
- Drive the adoption and expansion of A/B testing and experimentation programmes across key customer journeys.
- Develop business cases for optimisation initiatives, clearly articulating commercial impact and revenue opportunities.
- Streamline and prioritise existing initiatives, ensuring focus on the highest-value opportunities and alignment with agreed KPIs.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in product analytics within digital products, customer journeys, or conversion optimisation environments.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts and supporting the development of analytical capabilities within a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage regularly with senior leadership, product, and technology teams.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and large-scale data environments such as BigQuery or data lakes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build commercial cases, and influence decision-making through data.
