People Reporting Analyst
Oxfordshire | £45,000 - £55,000 | 12-Month FTC (high possibility of going permanent)
An exciting opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a large organisation investing in its people data and reporting capabilities. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering insights that support business decision-making and improve workforce reporting.
The Company
They are a well-established organisation with a sizeable workforce and a growing focus on people analytics. The People function is investing in reporting, technology, and data-driven decision-making, creating an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The Role:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Extract, analyse, and validate HR data from people systems
- Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues
- Support reporting across recruitment, performance, learning and development, reward, and employee operations
- Work with People Systems teams on data improvements and new technology initiatives
- Support reporting for key business and HR projects
Your Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors or WorkDay
- Ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret people data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience improving data quality and reporting processes
What They Offer:
