The Role

As a Marketing Analyst, you will work across customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, and retail media measurement, helping the business better understand campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour. Key responsibilities include:

  • Measuring and evaluating campaign performance across retail media, CRM, and loyalty activity
  • Analysing incrementality, uplift, ROI, customer engagement, and commercial impact
  • Building and assessing customer audiences and segments to support campaign activation
  • Delivering clear, actionable insights that influence marketing and audience strategy
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer health metrics including acquisition, retention, engagement, frequency, and churn

  • Using SQL and data visualisation tools to interrogate data and communicate findings effectively

Your Skills & Experience

You will ideally have:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large customer datasets
  • Experience in customer analytics, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics environments
  • Commercial experience measuring marketing or campaign performance across multiple channels
  • Understanding of retail media, customer targeting, audience segmentation, or campaign optimisation
  • Experience applying statistical methods to evaluate performance and identify meaningful outcomes
  • Data visualisation experience with the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exposure to cloud-based data environments such as Databricks or similar platforms
  • A track record of translating data into actionable business recommendations
