The Role
As Head of Data Services, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Business Intelligence, MMM, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving commercial performance, and developing a high-performing leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and standards for the Data Services practice
- Lead the adoption of AI across data services workflows, processes, and delivery models
- Own revenue growth and commercial performance across the function
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support new business activity
- Provide technical leadership across analytics, BI, measurement, econometrics, and marketing technology
- Develop and coach senior leaders, creating clear progression and succession plans
- Ensure consistently high standards of client delivery and quality assurance
- Partner with senior stakeholders and present complex data concepts to executive audiences
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and help enhance market reputation
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading marketing data teams across multiple disciplines such as digital analytics, business intelligence, econometrics, measurement, or marketing technology
- Strong technical understanding across data, analytics, and measurement frameworks
- Experience driving AI adoption and operational transformation within data-led environments
- Commercially focused with experience contributing to revenue growth, client retention, and business development
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing managers and high-performing teams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences
- Experience within a media, marketing, agency, or closely related data-driven environment
