This is a senior leadership role within a global healthcare research business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the quantitative operations function, overseeing team performance, operational delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the quantitative operations team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the quantitative operations team
- Managing resource planning and project allocation across the function
- Establishing and maintaining operational processes and quality standards
- Working closely with client services and senior leadership to support successful project delivery
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting training, development, and succession planning within the team
