Enterprise Data Programme Manager
London | £800-£900 per day | Inside IR35

This is an opportunity to lead a complex enterprise-wide data transformation programme, taking ownership of multiple critical workstreams spanning data platform delivery, data governance, data quality, analytics, and cloud migration. You will play a key role in shaping programme direction while driving recovery and delivery across a diverse portfolio of data initiatives within a regulated environment.

The Role and Deliverables

• Mobilise and lead a complex enterprise data programme spanning multiple projects and workstreams.
• Drive the recovery and delivery of critical initiatives, providing clear prioritisation, governance, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.
• Deliver modern cloud-based data platform and migration programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term data strategy.
• Lead organisation-wide data governance, data quality, and business intelligence initiatives, establishing sustainable frameworks and controls.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Provide clear reporting and updates through governance forums, steering committees, and senior stakeholder groups.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise data, analytics, technology, or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven capability delivering modern data platforms, cloud transformation initiatives, and complex data migrations within business-critical environments.
• Experience building and mobilising enterprise data programmes from the ground up, including defining strategy, governance, roadmaps, operating models, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience building and delivering enterprise data programmes with a focus on customer data, customer insight, and customer analytics capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data governance, data quality frameworks, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and data platform programmes within complex organisations.
• Strong experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering programmes within regulated environments, with financial services experience highly advantageous.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership, executive teams, and cross-functional delivery groups.
• Strong programme management expertise across planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, quality assurance, and resource management.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments, bringing structure, leadership, and clarity to complex delivery challenges.
