London This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI startup, where you'll take ownership of the data infrastructure behind a cutting-edge healthcare intelligence platform.

Working alongside the founding team, you'll play a pivotal role in building scalable data products from the ground up.

THE COMPANY: This high-growth healthcare AI startup is transforming how pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology organisations make commercial decisions.

The platform provides access to millions of healthcare professional profiles, prescribing insights, claims data and market intelligence, helping customers identify key experts, optimise engagement strategies and support successful drug launches.

THE ROLE: You will take ownership of the production data infrastructure powering the company's core platform, working across data engineering, AI, data acquisition and product development.

Key responsibilities include

  • Building and maintaining scalable ETL and ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
  • Developing robust data ingestion and acquisition processes across large and complex datasets.
  • Leveraging LLMs and AI APIs for data extraction, classification and validation.
  • Designing schemas, implementing deduplication processes and managing entity resolution.
  • Taking projects from initial concept through to production deployment with full ownership.
