CRM Manager to own and develop its Hub Spot platform across Marketing, Sales and Operations.
You'll be the internal Hub Spot expert, responsible for
- CRM strategy, optimisation and governance
- Building workflows, automation and reporting
- Revenue attribution and campaign reporting
- Improving data quality and processes
- Driving Hub Spot adoption across the business
- Working with senior stakeholders to shape the CRM roadmap
About you
- 4+ years' hands-on Hub Spot experience
- Strong knowledge of Hub Spot backend, workflows and automation
- Experience with CRM reporting, attribution and data quality
- Strong B2B commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Hub Spot certifications/API experience a bonus
