- Deliver end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from briefing and build through to deployment and reporting
- Support the development of the CRM and email marketing plan with performance insights
- Build targeted customer segments to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Execute A/B testing and optimisation strategies across campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results
- Work closely with marketing and commercial stakeholders to align CRM activity with wider business objectives
- Support CRM development projects and ongoing channel enhancements
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns
- Experience using ESP platforms, with exposure to automated customer journeys
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with customer data
- Knowledge of email marketing best practice, segmentation, and testing methodologies
- Understanding of campaign reporting and digital analytics tools
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
