This is an opportunity to join a newly created Business Analyst position at the centre of a major transformation programme. Sitting within a growing business transformation function, you will play a key role in shaping future ways of working, driving operational improvement, and helping the organisation become increasingly AI-enabled.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across strategic change programmes
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
- Review and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem definition for new business initiatives
- Assess and shape ideas progressing through an innovation governance framework
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimisation, process automation and AI adoption
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, business cases and requirements documentation
- Support solution design, implementation planning and business readiness activities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers and subject matter experts to drive successful outcomes
- Help move ideas from concept through to approved investment and delivery
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within transformation, change, or business improvement programmes
- Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience facilitating workshops and influencing a range of stakeholders
- Strong process mapping, business process improvement and analysis skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Experience introducing or working within governance frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience producing clear documentation, recommendations and business cases
- Interest in innovation, operational excellence and emerging AI technologies
- Professional services experience would be advantageous
