Contract Bloomreach CRM Consultant / Campaign SpecialistOverview
A boutique consultancy founded by three partners is seeking a hands-on Bloomreach CRM Consultant / Campaign Specialist to support increasing client demand across multiple projects. The business has an established partnership with Bloomreach and requires an experienced contractor who can quickly add value within client accounts, particularly around customer journey creation and campaign execution.
The Role
You will work closely with the founders and client teams to help build, optimise and manage customer journeys within the Bloomreach platform. This is a hands-on delivery role, requiring strong technical knowledge of how customer journeys, scenarios and campaign automation are configured and executed.
The successful contractor will be responsible for setting up and managing push, email and automated customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are effectively designed, implemented and monitored.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise customer journeys and scenarios within Bloomreach.
- Configure and manage automated email and push notification campaigns.
- Work extensively within Bloomreach Scenario Builder.
- Understand and utilise aggregates, customer data and segmentation capabilities.
- Support client projects from design through to deployment.
- Collaborate directly with consultancy founders and client stakeholders.
- Potentially participate in client-facing meetings, providing best practice guidance and platform expertise.
Required Experience
- Proven commercial experience using Bloomreach Engagement.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Scenario Builder and journey orchestration.
- Experience building email and push notification journeys.
- Good understanding of customer data, segmentation, triggers and aggregates.
- Ability to independently deliver campaigns and automated journeys.
- Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or agency environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Contract Details
- Contract Length: Initial 2-month engagement
- Commitment: 1-2 days per week
- Location: Fully remote
- Rate- £450 day all-inclusive
- Interview Process: One-stage interview
