FULL STACK PRODUCT ENGINEER £70,000 - £90,000 LONDON This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created R&D function within a global international professional services business. You will be able to work with a small and hands-on multidisciplinary team spanning AI, Data Science, Data Engineering and Product Engineering with the opportunity to take products from concept through to production. THE COMPANY Our client is a leading professional services organisation with a global presence and a strong reputation for innovation. They are building a new research and development function focused on creating data driven products that solve real business problems. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high calibre team that combines the agility of a startup with the resources and stability of a well-established organisation. THE ROLE Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading the development and delivery of applications from concept through to deployment Translate user needs and business requirements into scalable digital solutions Design and build accessible, responsive user experiences with a focus on usability and performance Develop reusable frontend components and maintain consistent application standards Ability to make a visible impact within a newly formed innovative function Ensure software quality through testing, automation, CI/CD and release management Ability to work on building AI-enabled product features YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : At least 3 years prior experience in Full Stack Engineering Backend development experience using Node.js and/ or Python Frontend development experience using TypeScript, React and/ or Next.js Docker, Git, testing and CI/CD experience is essential Experience with Azure to maintain and deploy applications into production is highly desirable Previous experience within a product-led, Saas or startup environment Strong product mindset and desire to 'hit the ground running' SALARY AND BENEFITS £70,000 - £90,000 base salary Private Medical Contributory pension scheme
