An exciting opportunity for a data and analytics professional to use customer data to improve campaign targeting and performance. You will combine strong SQL skills with data visualisation and commercial insight to support data-driven marketing decisions.

Their analytics function works closely with stakeholders to understand campaign performance and optimise customer targeting. You will join a collaborative environment where your insights can directly influence marketing activity and customer communications.
The Role
Develop customer selections for marketing, research and service communications.
Use SQL to extract and analyse customer data for campaign targeting.
Build and enhance self-service dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Deliver actionable insights from test and learn activity.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Develop quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and compliant outputs.
Present complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial SQL experience.
Experience with data visualisation, ideally Power BI or a similar platform.
Experience delivering customer, campaign or marketing analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate data into insights that support strategic decisions.
Experience within a compliance-led environment would be beneficial.
Degree-level education or equivalent.
