The Role
As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns through audience selection, campaign analysis, and customer insight generation.
Responsibilities include:
Building and defining customer audiences for targeted CRM campaigns
Using SQL and analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Supporting the optimisation of customer targeting strategies across multiple communication channels
Creating and maintaining campaign data fields and customer data aggregations
Automating reporting processes and contributing to dashboard improvements
Ensuring audience selections are accurate, compliant, and aligned with governance requirements
Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver successful campaigns
Recommending improvements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour analysis
Your Skills & Experience:
Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer or marketing data
Ability to analyse large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
Experience supporting CRM, customer analytics, or marketing campaigns
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
