Location: London (5 days onsite) Contract: 12 Months IR35: Inside IR35 Rate: £195 per day Overview Our client is seeking a Chargeback Specialist / Fraud Analyst to evolve a reactive fraud function into a more strategic capability. The successful contractor will continue managing chargeback and product fraud cases while identifying root causes, trends and opportunities to reduce fraud volumes through improved processes, controls and frameworks. This role suits someone who has experience in chargebacks, eCommerce/product fraud and fraud prevention strategy, with the ability to move beyond case management and drive long-term improvements. Role Focus Analyse existing fraud and chargeback case backlogs to identify recurring patterns and root causes. Develop and implement frameworks, processes and controls to reduce future fraud volumes. Support ongoing investigation and resolution of chargeback and product fraud cases. Partner with stakeholders to improve fraud prevention capabilities across the business.
