Braze MarTech Consultant
Bristol | Flexible Working | Outside IR35 | £400-440/day rate | 6 week Contract
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced digital consultancy on a short-term contract supporting a range of well-known consumer brands. The project offers a mix of hands-on Braze delivery, solution design, and strategic MarTech consulting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical execution and client engagement.

Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, they deliver customer lifecycle programmes, marketing automation solutions, and personalised customer experiences. The Role and Deliverables
- Deliver complex CRM and lifecycle marketing solutions using Braze.
- Design and build personalised customer journeys across email, push notifications, and app channels.
- Gather client requirements and translate business objectives into technical specifications for development teams.
- Use Liquid scripting within Braze to create and support advanced personalisation and campaign functionality.
- Evaluate data and MarTech infrastructure to recommend scalable customer engagement solutions.
- Support a variety of client projects, including platform implementations, customer journey optimisation, and CRM strategy initiatives.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze in a delivery, consulting, or solution design capacity.
- Proven ability to build complex customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programmes.
- Experience working with Liquid scripting and advanced Braze functionality.
- Ability to create technical briefs and specifications for developers and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, and MarTech ecosystems.
- Comfortable working directly with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions.
- Experience assessing data structures, integrations, and platform scalability.
- Collaborative communication style with a proactive and responsive approach to project delivery.
- Availability to commit full-time throughout the contract period.
