About the role
We are growing our Banking and Finance team and are seeking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to our team.
You will provide support to, and work alongside the Partners to help clients succeed in realizing their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate commercial advice to clients
- Preparing and negotiating Jersey transaction documents
- Liaising with instructing counsel to provide Jersey transaction management support
- Preparing fee estimates and keeping clients updated in relation to fees
- Taking responsibility for delegated work and asking for appropriate guidance from the Partners and senior lawyers as necessary
- Contribute to producing know-how
- Support the Partners in developing more junior members of the team
- Assisting the Partners and senior lawyers with appropriate business development activities.

What you need
- 5-6 years relevant PQE
- Admitted to practice in England & Wales or Jersey
- Flexible mindset with a proven track record of navigating diverse challenges
