We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic global Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our global Comms & Digital team, which forms part of our global MBD team. You will play an important role in driving marketing initiatives, managing projects, and mentoring team members while building on your expertise across creative and technical disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the production of videos for social media, website, and internal platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Lead the creation of audio content, including managing podcast production tasks such as planning, editing, and distribution.
- Manage the design and delivery of graphics, event materials, email templates, branded items, and ads, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Plan, draft, and schedule communications for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice and marketing strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future marketing efforts.
- Update and post content on our website with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the MBD team and other departments to assist in the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance department efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in a marketing or creative role.
- Strong experience with video editing and podcast production software like Moovly, Veed, or equivalent tools.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms such as Umbraco and WordPress, with a solid understanding of website management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative marketing solutions.
