As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospects who engage with Harness through demo requests, trials, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns!
Your role is to respond quickly, qualify effectively, and convert inbound interest into pipeline for our Account Executives.
About The Role- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from web forms, trials, events, & content downloads
- Manage speed-to-lead SLAs and follow-up cadences (minutes and hours, not days)
- Convert inbound leads into sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Cold call, email, leverage LinkedIn & direct mail (get creative!) for strategic outreach
- Leverage tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Nooks
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to share trends, lead quality feedback, and campaign performance
- Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals
- Conduct high-level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform
- Proven track record of success and thrive in a metrics-driven culture.
