Harnce Heating & Plumbing is a well-established, highly regarded local heating and plumbing company with over 20 years' experience. Known for excellent customer service, quality workmanship and long-term client relationships, Harnce delivers domestic and commercial gas services across the region and is fully Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, with major boiler manufacturer accreditations.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Gas Engineer to join our professional and friendly team.
The Role of a Gas Engineer
- Service, repair and install domestic and commercial gas boilers and heating systems
- Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (LGSRs)
- Diagnose faults and provide compliant, effective solutions
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
- Work to Gas Safe regulations and company standards
- Accurately record work using internal job management systems
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Gas Engineer
- Gas Safe registered with valid certificates
- Strong fault-finding and technical ability
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Plumbing experience
- Oil experience (or willingness to train)
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £45,000 salary
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Optional paid out-of-hours rota
- Company van & uniform
- 29 days holiday, including your birthday off
