Key Aspects of the Role

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of service and remedial clients, including height safety contracts.
  • Follow up on remedial quotes issued by the engineering and service teams and convert them into active workstreams.
  • Engage directly with clients post-service visit to review findings, explain remedial recommendations, and support decision-making.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the pipeline of remedial works, using insight to forecast and drive sales activity.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Harmony's full service offering.
  • Liaise with engineers, planners, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of remedial works.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in an account management or service sales role, ideally within fire safety, M&E, facilities management, or construction.
  • Ability to interpret service reports and remedial scopes and articulate them clearly to clients.
  • Strong follow-up discipline. You don’t just send quotes, you close the deal.
  • Consultative sales approach, able to listen, advise, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the business impact of remedial works.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset, working well across service, technical, and planning teams.
