About Us: Harmony House is a well-established and highly regarded nursery dedicated to providing exceptional early years education and care. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold our high standards.
Role Overview: The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Harmony House. This includes ensuring the highest standards of care and education, compliance with regulatory requirements, effective staff management, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (Level 5 or higher preferred).
- 3 years proven experience in a managerial role within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- A current pediatric first aid certificate.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
