Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Sunbury-On-Thames, Surrey)

£15.20 hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Weekday/Weekend/Days/Nights shifts available

Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a young child who requires support both at home and at school. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

  • Oxygen saturation monitoring
  • Suctioning
  • Airway management
  • Tracheostomies
  • Ventilation support
  • Personal care
  • Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

Include specific shift pattern here:

  • Mon – Sun 21:00PM to 07:00AM (Ashford)
  • Mon – Fri 08:30AM to 15:15PM (Sunbury, Term-time only)
