Norwich – Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care – £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) – Day and night shifts available. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young female client in Norwich. Your care will enable her to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in her own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
Our client is a young girl who lives at home with her family. She benefits from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A calm, patient, confident carer who can work independently will thrive in this role. A driver is essential.
Clinical Requirements
- You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan.
- Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
- Tracheostomy care
- Oral suctioning
- Nebuliser administration
- Chest physio
