Norwich – Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care – £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) – Day and night shifts available. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young female client in Norwich. Your care will enable her to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in her own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a young girl who lives at home with her family. She benefits from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A calm, patient, confident carer who can work independently will thrive in this role. A driver is essential.

Clinical Requirements

  • You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan.
  • Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Oral suctioning
  • Nebuliser administration
  • Chest physio

Shifts Available

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3‑compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

£150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer, £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer (paid once your referral completes 150 hours).
