Care Assistant – Complex Care (Hampshire)

Day/Night shifts available

Clinical Requirements
  • Depression management

Shifts Available
  • Weekend day shifts
  • Weekend night shifts
  • 12‑hour shift or shorter calls
  • Driver requirements if applicable
  • Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)
What The Role Involves
  • Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
  • Support community access and social activities
  • Promote independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicate effectively with clinical, care, and coordination teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train)
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
  • Ability to work independently and professionally

Referral Bonus

£150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer

£250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
