Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Horsham)
£15.20 hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Weekday/Weekend/Days/Nights shifts available.

Our client is a child who enjoys listening to music, dancing, going out with family and feeling the wind on his face. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
- 2:1 Shifts: Mon / Tue / Thurs / Fri – 15:00 to 20:00
- Mon-Friday – 07:00 to 10:00
- Sat / Sunday - 08:00 to 20:00 and 08:00 to 16:00
What the Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.
