We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young client in Great Yarmouth.
The role is a meaningful 1:1 position where you will see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
The client is a young baby who suffers from chronic lung disease and secondary pulmonary hypertension.
They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community.
A calm, patient and confident caregiver who can work independently will thrive in this role.

Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

- What The Role Involves
- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and well‑being support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.
