Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Hampshire) Live-in position. Salary: £1000 – £1200 per week (inclusive of holiday pay). Location: Gosport, Hampshire.
At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a female client in Hampshire. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.
Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.
- Support the client with daily living activities and community access, including social engagements.
- Promote independence, dignity and well-being in all tasks.
- Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams.
- Experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Confidence in performing clinical tasks (e.g., mobility, handling, mental-health support).
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values.
- Support the client with tasks outlined in their care plan, including wellbeing & mental-health support and moving & handling.
- Full specialist training and competency sign-off provided by our Clinical Team.
