We are urgently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support an 8-month-old baby girl with complex clinical care needs in the Crawley area. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and compassionate carers with experience in paediatric complex care who can provide safe, high-quality overnight support. Shift Details * Location: Crawley RH11 * Role: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) * Hours: 7 × 10-hour night shifts per week * Start Date: ASAP * Pay Rate: £17 per hour Monday to Friday and £17.50 on weekends Clinical Care Requirements The client has complex clinical needs, including: * Tracheostomy in situ, requiring frequent suctioning. * Oxygen therapy at 0.5L via a Swedish nose. * High risk of aspiration. * PEGJ feeding, currently pump-fed for 16 hours per day. * Gastrostomy stoma care.
