Join to apply for the Care Assistant – Complex Care role at Harmony Healthcare. At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community‑based teams in Peterborough.

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)

Shifts available: Day and Night shifts

Contract type: Zero Hours Contract – with consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable – full training provided
  • A genuine passion for person‑centred care and community‑based working
  • Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference
