About The Client

Our client is a young adult, a man with challenging behaviours, currently living at home.

Clinical Requirements

Specialist expertise in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and hyper fixation.

Shifts Available

  • Day shifts – (2:1)
  • Night shifts – (2:1)

  • Delivering compassionate 2:1 care in the client’s home
  • Supporting with community access and social activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
