Are you an experienced and passionate Healthcare Assistant or Registered Nurse looking to grow your career in complex care? Harmony Healthcare invites you to our Open Day in Cambridge – a unique opportunity to gain clinical insight, meet our team, and join one of the UK’s most forward-thinking providers of community-based care.
Who We’re Looking For
- Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with a minimum of 6 months’ complex care experience (paediatrics preferred)
- Registered Nurses (RNs) with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality, community-led care

What to Expect on the Day
- On-the-Spot Recruitment Interviews: Bring your documents – interviews will be held throughout the day.
- Meet the Harmony Team: Engage with our clinical leads, recruitment staff, and fellow professionals.
- Free Refreshments & Goodie Bags: Enjoy complimentary refreshments and take home a Harmony-branded goodie bag.
- Referral Bonus Scheme: Bring someone along and receive £150 for every HCA you refer and £250 for every RN you refer (Referral must complete their first shift. Terms apply.)
