Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Battle) £15.20 hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Weekday shifts available

Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
Our client is a young child who enjoys interacting and socialising with people. In between this, they also love to read stories, listen to music and play with toys. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role. As per the service user’s location, you will need to be able to drive to attend.
Clinical Requirements
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
- NG Feeding
- Hearing Impairment
- Global Developmental Delay
- Oxygen Administration
- Suctioning
- Large De Novo Deletion
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.
- Tue & Fri - 13:00PM to 20:00PM
- Weekend day shifts
- 12-hour shifts or shorter calls
- Driver requirement if applicable
- Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

- Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
- Supporting with community access and social activities
- Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
- Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
- Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams
Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.
