Harmony is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our Yeovil office, owning projects from scope development through PCI handover into delivery. This role requires energy, accountability and resilience to support our mission of saving lives through fire and height safety.
Based in the South West pod, you will line manage estimators, develop scopes, coordinate surveys, report forecasts and maintain accurate Salesforce records, contributing to continuous improvement and delivering projects.
