- Execute daily production plan to align with customer demand.
- Monitor workflow across departments such as CNC machining, manufacture, painting and assembly.
- Ensure all doors meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Work with Technical/ Quality tem to effectively RCA on NCR’s
- Supervise and lead production teams. Lead tier meetings and champion SIC drumbeat.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (Lean principles)
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee maintenance of all machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices
- Control production costs, labour efficiency and material usage.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, or delays.
- Maintain production reports, KPIs, and perform.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Track record of driving improvements within a growing business. OTIF, OEE, Scrap reduction.
- Turning challenges into opportunities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable).
