You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and drive retention, renewal and organic growth across fire safety, life safety and lightning protection services. Working with Sales and Delivery teams, you will manage renewals, pricing and contract terms, lead client reviews, track KPIs/SLAs, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
