The role focuses on technical quality, standards, and lead of a growing team of designers and surveyors to ensure buildability, compliance, and wining bids. You will work with pre-construction, procurement, and delivery teams to deliver compliant, costed designs across passive fire, fire doors, firestopping and broader building fabric works.
