Description

  • Execute daily production plan to align with customer demand.
  • Monitor workflow across departments such as CNC machining, manufacture, painting and assembly.
  • Ensure all doors meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Work with Technical/ Quality tem to effectively RCA on NCR’s
  • Supervise and lead production teams. Lead tier meetings and champion SIC drumbeat.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (Lean principles)
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee maintenance of all machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices
  • Control production costs, labour efficiency and material usage.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, or delays.
  • Maintain production reports, KPIs, and perform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership and team management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of door manufacturing processes (preferable)
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery and automated production lines.
  • Quality control and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good communication across departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Resilient and pro-active.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Track record of driving improvements within a growing business. OTIF, OEE, Scrap reduction.
  • Turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable).
