Wonderful family is looking for a proactive and dedicated housekeeper to join their household and bring calm to the chaos. The ideal candidate is experienced, has a keen eye for detail, high standards, reliable, trustworthy and discreet.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning & maintenance.
- Laundry and wardrobe management.
- Room turnover & set‑up.
- Managing household inventory and equipment.
- Other tasks (e.g., outdoor work or cooking – negotiable) which may increase hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping.
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and an updated Enhanced DBS registration.
- At least 2 professional referees, one being current or most recent employer, both immediately contactable.
- Driving licence (required).
- Pet experience – one dog in the home.
- Flexible to work 5 days a week, including Sundays.
- Availability to start ASAP.
- Willingness to use professional insurance & complete right‑to‑work checks.
Work Details:
- Location: North East York.
- Hours: 20‑25 per week, flexible for the right candidate.
- Pay: £19 Gross per hour, negotiable based on experience.
