A warm and welcoming family in Wolverhampton are searching for a kind, proactive nanny to support their 14‑month‑old and newborn baby 2.5 days a week. The family values a calm, values‑led home and encourages a no screen‑time, low sugar, and no battery‑operated toy approach.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the mother with daily care of the toddler and newborn, including feeding, diaper changes and nursery duties such as bottle organising, sterilising, children's laundry and maintaining toys.
- Plan and conduct age‑appropriate activities and playgroup, baby sensory and baby ballet sessions, and encourage a love of books and outdoor play.
- Prepare healthy meals.
- Support the mother with household organisation through shared lists and routines.
- Maintain the relaxed atmosphere with gentle piano music and engage in family outings.
- Build a strong, supportive relationship with the children and step in to lead when required.
Schedule & Hours:
25 hours a week – two full days (9:00 am – 7:00 pm) and one half‑day (9:00 am – 2:00 pm). Starting ASAP.
Compensation & Benefits:
£22,100 gross per annum. Car available on duty. Permanent role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a nanny.
- Up‑to‑date enhanced eDBS certificate registered on the updated service.
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum of two professional referees, including the current or last employer, who are immediately contactable.
- Driving licence; car available on duty.
