We are searching for a dedicated nanny mothers help to support the mother and care for a 10‑month‑old son in Winchester. The role is a shared‑care, live‑out position available from Monday 13th July 2026 to Monday 24th August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the child’s safety, happiness and well‑being during the working day.
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones.
- Support the mother with nursing and feeding duties for the child.
- Perform light housekeeping duties: laundry, light cleaning, keeping children’s areas tidy.
- Walk the family’s small dog and participate in outdoor outings and local classes.
- Maintain clear communication with the mother and act in sole charge when necessary.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of two years professional childcare experience with young children.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to use personal vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (up‑to‑date, registered on the update service).
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- At least two professional referees, including a current or previous employer.
Additional Requirements
- Proactive and positive working style, capable of working closely with the mother and independently.
- Comfortable with household tasks and pet care.
- Availability for Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: Up to £20 gross per hour (up to £800 gross per week).
- Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Location: Winchester, Hampshire (SO22).
