Job Overview

  • Position: Live-in or live-out nanny (full time)
  • Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire, SO20
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm or 7:30am‑5:30pm (11 hours per day)

Responsibilities

  • Full care of a 2.5‑year‑old daughter and a 5‑month‑old baby brother
  • Feeding baby with expressed milk, delivering bottles, supporting naps and playtime
  • Daily nursery drop‑off/pick‑up for the daughter and accompanying mother on occasional trips to London
  • End‑of‑day routine: bath, reading, bedtime
  • Maintain a tidy, safe play and child‑care area
  • Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for both children

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years professional nanny experience, including caring for young babies
  • Formal childcare qualification or recent suitable experience with young babies
  • Paediatric first aid certificate (minimum 12‑hour course)
  • Excellent newborn baby experience and knowledge of current best‑practice guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the update service

Offered

  • Accommodation: private double bedroom with ensuite (live‑in)
  • Live‑out rates: up to £20 gross per hour (up to £57,200 gross per annum)
  • Live‑in rates: up to £15 gross per hour (up to £42,900 gross per annum)
  • Permanent position

Additional Information

  • This role requires a car for commuting due to rural location; a vehicle will be provided for duty but the nanny must have their own car
