This busy family of five are seeking a proactive, organised housekeeper to join their family, 5 days a week, to help bring calm to their active lives. They are looking for a housekeeper who can step in to maintain the beautiful house and separate annexe while they work and offer peace during the evening routine. The family love spending time together and enjoy sport and cooking.

Duties include:

  • Laundry
  • Ironing
  • Cleaning
  • Cooking a meal for the children each evening

You will be expected to help clear up after dinner and leave the house clean and tidy ready for the parents to enjoy their evening after the bedtime routine. You need to be a driver with a clean driving license (a car is available for use on duty), have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS, and be a confident cook. This could be your perfect role if you are an organised, reliable and flexible housekeeper, who takes pride in their work.

  • Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience

  • Hours of work: 20 hours per week
  • Days required: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Requirements and Compliance:

For all Household Staff roles you must have an up-to-date Basic DBS on the update service, and where there are children and the vulnerable in the workplace you must have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate which is registered on the update service and a minimum of 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details with our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. We also recommend that you have appropriate professional insurance (nanny insurance / household staff insurance).
