A warm and approachable family are seeking an experienced, caring Nanny to primarily care for their youngest child, aged 5 years, whilst providing support to their older children, aged 13 and 16 years.
Duties will include:
- Taking and collecting the children from school
- Supporting with homework
- Planning engaging activities during the school holidays
- Preparing a nutritious family meal
- Undertaking all usual nursery duties
- Changing bed linen
- Helping with the family laundry (including folding and putting it away when required)
The family has a regular cleaner, therefore general household cleaning is not required. You will need to be a careful and confident driver, holding a full, clean driving licence, with access to your own fully insured vehicle. Duty mileage will be paid.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum of 2 years’ experience required.
Details of any training needed for this job: 12 hour Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (update)
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 in childcare.
Hours of work: Term time: 7:00am–8:00am and 1:00pm–6:00pm. The family can offer flexibility with the hours, allowing the successful candidate to complete some duties during the morning if preferred, enabling a later afternoon start of approximately 3:00pm. Additional hours may be available during the school holidays, by mutual agreement in advance.
Days required: Monday – Thursday
Pets in the home: A friendly dog.

Pay: £18.00 gross per hour / approximately £22,464.00 gross per annum
