Responsibilities include providing round-the-clock care for a 6-month-old baby, including feeding, weaning, educational activities, and developmental support. Supervise playdates, park outings, and home activities. During naps, perform light housekeeping as required. Typical shift is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with eventual overnight stays 2-3 times a week after the baby turns one year old.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Professional experience caring for babies under 1 year (essential).
- Experience teaching in Russian-speaking countries (strongly preferred).
- Level 3 childcare diploma, Montessori qualification or Russian equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid certificates (mandatory).
- Valid UK driving licence (no parking on premises).
- Comfortable around dogs (two family dogs, one a rescue).
- Fluency in Russian and ability to explain basic child psychology.

- 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
