Responsibilities include providing round-the-clock care for a 6-month-old baby, including feeding, weaning, educational activities, and developmental support. Supervise playdates, park outings, and home activities. During naps, perform light housekeeping as required. Typical shift is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with eventual overnight stays 2-3 times a week after the baby turns one year old.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Professional experience caring for babies under 1 year (essential).
  • Experience teaching in Russian-speaking countries (strongly preferred).
  • Level 3 childcare diploma, Montessori qualification or Russian equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid certificates (mandatory).
  • Valid UK driving licence (no parking on premises).
  • Comfortable around dogs (two family dogs, one a rescue).
  • Fluency in Russian and ability to explain basic child psychology.

Work Hours & Location:

  • 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
  • Flexibility in days is essential.
  • Live-in or live-out accommodation available.
  • Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
  • Start date: End of October 2026.

Compensation: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum gross, depending on live-in or live-out.
