Job Overview
Starting at the end of July 2026, a live‑out nanny position is available with a friendly family of four in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire.
Responsibilities
- Single‑handed childcare for two boys (aged 8 and 4), including playtime, school pick‑up, nursery duties and evening activities.
- Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and oversee bedtime routines.
- Help keep the house running smoothly—tidy the kitchen and living areas, empty the dishwasher, laundry, and maintain tidy bedrooms.
- Assist with school admin, school‑related paperwork, and coordinate homework support.
- Transport children, including driving to school, clubs, day trips and other outings; driver must hold a clean licence and use a fully insured car.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant childcare experience.
- Up‑to‑date Enhanced DBS certificate.
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Level 3 childcare qualification preferred, but experience is essential.
- Own car, clean licence and full insurance; duty mileage will be paid.
Additional Information
- Salary: £31,730 gross per annum, with overtime paid at £19 per hour.
- Hours: Term time (34 weeks) Monday‑Friday 14:30‑18:30 (20 h / week); School holidays (18 weeks) Monday‑Friday 07:30‑18:30 (55 h / week).
- Location: Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire.
- Job start: End of July 2026.
