This role is for an experienced daily Nanny and housekeeper for a busy professional family in Oxford, caring for two boys aged 9 and 11. The position includes household management, caregiving, and proactive support for the family.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily childcare, ensuring the boys’ safety, emotional support, and enrichment.
- Prepare and serve the children’s evening meals.
- Perform housekeeping duties: cleaning, washing, ironing, changing beds, general tidiness.
- Assist parents with household tasks and act as a proactive small‑business PA where required.
- Maintain the house, manage schedules, and coordinate transport to/from school when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar nanny/housekeeper role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with older children and a positive, energetic approach.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative, and professionalism.
- Up‑to‑date enhanced DBS certificate and 12‑hour paediatric first aid certificate.
- Experience may be recognised with equivalent professional references.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday up to 40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate).
- Core hours 3 pm–7:30 pm (one night a week until 8:30 pm).
- Pay: £20–£25 gross per hour based on experience.
- Driver not essential.
- Location: Oxford.
