A part time Nanny/Mother's Help is required for a family of four in Ilchester. This is a varied role including school runs, supporting Mum with the youngest child and helping keep on top of things in the home. The family have two boys aged 11 and 4 years. The eldest is at full time school, he is easy going, kind and sociable and loves his football. The youngest enjoys drawing, dinosaurs, cars and small world play and sports. Mum believes in gentle parenting and letting the children learn naturally; it is important that a nanny values this and can be supportive and encouraging of it.
Some of your time will be spent at home with the youngest and Mum building a strong and trusting relationship with them so they both feel comfortable when you take the youngest on day trips etc. They would like to find someone long term that can support them as a family. It is essential you have a sense of humour, are creative, easy going and flexible. Providing imaginative activities for the youngest and enjoying sports and being active with both boys is important.
