Full-time live-in nanny housekeeper role located in Milford on Sea, SO41.

Responsibilities

  • Caring for three children aged 4, 6 and 9, and maintaining the family home.
  • Drop and pick up the children from school during term time.
  • Prepare meals, supervise homework, and help with bedtime routines.
  • Perform household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, food preparation and errands.
  • Plan and organise fun activities, playdates and outings, particularly during school holidays.
  • Provide overnight proxy parenting every Tuesday.

Working Hours

  • Term time (33 weeks): just over 43 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may allow early finish on Friday.
  • School holidays (19 weeks): approximately 62 hours per week, including a full-day schedule each weekday.

Accommodation & Benefits

  • The live-in accommodation consists of a large Principal Suite with a private en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.
  • Pay is £15.00 gross per hour (£41,669.90 gross per annum).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a nanny housekeeper role.
  • Paediatric first aid certification required.
  • Childcare qualification is a bonus but not essential.

Other Requirements

  • Valid driving licence and willingness to drive for school and outings; nanny car will be provided.
  • Standard of care for a household pet (1 cat).

  • Applicants must hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate, a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate, and provide at least two professional references, one of which must be a current or former employer.
